The participants will meet once a week, approximately one hour.  This program is designed for both girls and boys ages 7 - 12 years old.  The group will be led by Garden Spot's cross country coach, Brent Watkins, through various running routes depending on individual abilities. Starting in March, we'll be inside at the New Holland Recreation Center and with weather permitting, moving outside to the CNH facility grounds.  Kids will be taught proper running form, develop cardiovascular fitness and have fun with various drills and activities!  Parents are invited to attend but not necessary.  Each child will receive a t-shirt!
